Contingency Recruitment

Contingency recruitment refers to temporary workers in casual employment who supplement a company’s workforce. Also referred to as freelancers or temporary contract workers. Contingent staff usually work under a contract for a fixed period or for a specific project.

Executive or Retained Recruitment

Retained recruitment is best for high paying roles, confidential open position or positions that take a longer time to fill due to a lengthy hiring process. We will work hands on with your company and conduct a focused search for the right fit for your Executive or confidential open position(s).


Project or Advisory Contract Recruitment

This recruitment service aligns with our advisory benefit service offered through PWS.   

Project based recruitment: You have a project & need a certain skilled candidate for “X” amount of time. 


Advisory services recruitment: While working with our Benefit Directors, you both have decided that a full time or contracted candidate is needed to fill a gap identified.
