Shannon jones

Shannon Jones has approximately 12 years of diverse Human Resources/Benefits leadership experience. After graduating with honors from the University of West Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Shannon’s passion for helping people brought her into the Human Resources field. She was quickly promoted to Director of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS for a large healthcare organization. She has also enjoyed working in an Employee Benefits consulting practice for the biggest Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) in the U.S. and was a benefits director in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space. Shannon is committed to using her extensive benefits background to craft creative solutions to solve the total rewards equation.
