Account Executive

We are seeking a talented, driven and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in Pensacola, FL. The Account Executive will support the sales and marketing departments to increase sold opportunities while providing excellent customer service to prospective clients.

How you will spend your time:

  • Proactively work with management and marketing team to create a pipeline of prospects and meet regularly to discuss strategy and execution.
  • Promote all Premier solutions and ancillary services to new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, networking efforts and more.
  • Convert potential prospect into a qualified sales lead while documenting all activity and communication in the CRM.
  • Proven ability to lead a customer discovery call by asking multi-layered, probing questions to suggest the appropriate solution offering.
  • Attention to detail throughout the entire sales cycle, from discovery to sold while suggesting proper solutions and keeping client engaged.
  • Update customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software regularly with monthly maintenance
  • Assist Marketing & leadership with the creation and implementation of seminars/webinars/user groups, etc.
  • Attend events and conferences as assigned to promote Premier solutions and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Suggest improvements to sales process, sales tools and anything else that will accelerate closing new business and ensuring referenceable clients

Qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred
  • One (1) year to Five (5) years of B2B sales experience required.
  • Proven successful track record of B2B selling solutions to C-Level decision makers.
  • Able to close new business remotely and travel as needed.
  • Passion for networking and promoting proven solution.
  • High energy, sense of urgency and self-starter.
  • Ability to independently multitask and prioritize tasks, pivoting if the needs change.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Work environment:

  • Work in an office environment at the Premier home office with remote access ability.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
